Between Rabin’s dream and Netanyahu nightmare/ Tra il sogno di Rabin e l’incubo di Netanyahu (traduzione in italiano)
The dream
Yitzhak Rabin had a dream: the integration of Israel in the Middle East in return of reaching a fair agreement with the Palestinians regarding the occupied land.
But Rabin had been assassinated by a right-wing Israeli radical Yigal Amir in 1995, who was opposed to Rabin’s signing of the Oslo Accords.
Sadat had also a dream: to reach a permanent and definitive peace with Israel which will enable Egypt and all the Middle East countries to focus on development.
But Sadat had been assassinated by the Islamists in 1981 who were opposed to any peace agreement with Israel.
By the assassination of Rabin and Sadat (and his successor Mubarak politically assassinated), the Middle East had been controlled by the extremists from both side.
The nightmare
Netanyahu vision: We will build a wall around Israel, we will protect our sky with an Iron Dome and we will create a big chaos in the Arab countries by toppling the non-Islamists presidents (Saddam Hussein, Mubarak, Ben Ali, Kaddafi, Assad, etc.). This earthquake will launch a terrible and bloody religious war between the Muslims in their different divisions.
Lebanon had been a great example (Sunnite vs Shiite), Iraq as well. Saudi Arabia and Iran will be the leaders of these two opposed camps.
Netanyahu vision: We will help the creation of Islamists States around Israel in which the non-Muslims will not have the same rights as Muslims. This will justify our Jewish State in which the non-Jewish will not have the same rights as the Jewish citizen.
Netanyahu vision: We must dissolve all “civil States” around us to establish “turbanized” regimes (wearing a turban) because Israel cannot stand as a civil State for demographic reasons.
2012: The Muslim Brotherhood protector of Israel
Mohamed Morsi had been elected president of Egypt in June 30, 2012. Few weeks later, he had problems with drafting the MB constitution in which the brotherhood put all what they need to stay in power for ever. How to solve this problem?
Hamas (the MB military wing) started attacking Israel in November 2012. Morsi did a fantastic appearance and contributed in reaching a deal between Israel and Hamas and the West considered Morsi as a very important person, able to defend Israel’s security.
On the 21st of November 2012, Israel and Hamas reached a peace agreement
But on the 22nd of November (and what a surprise) Morsi issued a Constitutional Declaration appointing a new prosecutor-general; immunizing the Constituent Assembly and the Shura Council from dissolution. So nobody could now stop the MB constitution from being drafted. Later on, they besieged the Supreme Constitutional Court to prevent it from dissolving the illegal Constituent Assembly.
At this moment, nobody in the world opened his mouse to criticize Morsi as long as he is defending Israel. Defend Israel and do whatever you want in Egypt. It’s your problem.
But guess what? On the 30th of June 2013 started the big popular explosion against Morsi. At this time, I warned many times that the Western countries must interfere otherwise it will be the explosion. But who is hearing? And if they are hearing, who is able to understand?
2014: The aborted peace
Netanyahu and his allies were hopping to sign a peace agreement with the Palestinian Authority (and not with Hamas) in which the Palestinians will recognize Israel as a Jewish State. They were also hopping that Pope Francis will arrive and will bless this bloody peace.
But at this moment, the Palestinian Authority announced that they will end the division with Hamas and they will stand as one partner in these negotiations.
This step aborted the whole peace process because Israel was not considering Gaza in this deal. In fact, Gaza had been already excluded during the Muslim Brotherhood one-year regime and was prepared to be annexed to Egypt.
With Gaza, Israel must build a tunnel or a high way between the West Bank and Gaza. Israel said that they are not discussing with a terrorist organization. In fact, it is in the benefit of Israel to see those terrorists in Gaza because it is allowing them to exclude them from any peace agreement.
2014: Hamas/Israel new battle
What is Israel targeting from this absurd war?
To show that Hamas is a terrorist organization which must be excluded from any peace agreement. Not only it is allowed to kill the Palestinians as if you are killing dogs, but nobody is able to criticize Israel for acting in this way.
To create a big panic in Gaza which will push the Palestinians to cross the borders and go to Egypt. If you don’t want to welcome the Palestinians by a gentlemen agreement, we will send them to you by force.
What is Hamas targeting from this absurd war?
To show that El Sisi is not able to guarantee Israel’s security. The Muslim Brotherhood are the only party who can guarantee this security and they must come back and rule Egypt.
To create a big chaos in Sinai which will allow the Palestinians and the Islamists to create their Islamic State. Today, the 14th of July, El Arish had been attacked by the Islamists.
They want also to show to Israel that their defense is weak and could be attacked which could change the conditions of any future agreement.
In general, we are watching a big chaos in which maybe those who are involved will not be able to control its actions and reactions.

Il sogno
Yitzhak Rabin aveva un sogno: l’integrazione di Israele in Medio Oriente in cambio del raggiungimento di un accordo equo con i palestinesi sui territori occupati. Ma Rabin venne assassinato nel 1995 da Yigal Amir, un ebreo ortodosso, che era contrario alla firma degli Accordi di Oslo.
Sadat aveva un sogno: raggiungere una pace definitiva e permanente con Israele che consentisse all’Egitto e ai paesi del Medio Oriente di concentrarsi sullo sviluppo. Ma Sadat fu assassinato nel 1981 dagli islamisti che si opponevano a qualsiasi accordo di pace con Israele.
Dopo gli attentati a Rabin e Sadat (e al successore di quest’ultimo, Hosni Mubarak, assassinato politicamente) il Medio Oriente è finito sotto il controllo di estremisti di entrambi i lati.
L’incubo
La visione di Netanyahu: Noi costuiremo un muro intorno a Israele, noi proteggeremo il nostro cielo con una cupola di ferro e creeremo un grande caos nei paesi arabi, destituendo i presidenti non-islamisti (Saddam Hussein, Mubarak, Ben Ali, Gheddafi, Assad etc) . Questo terremoto innescherà una terribile e sanguinosa guerra di religione tra musulmani delle diverse fazioni. Il Libano ne è stato un grande esempio (Sunniti contro Sciiti). E lo stesso l’Iraq. L’Arabia Saudita e l’Iran saranno i leader di questi opposti gruppi.
La visione di Netanyahu: Noi supporteremo la creazione di stati islamisti intorno a Israele nei quali i non musulmani non avranno gli stessi diritti dei musulmani. Questo giustificherà uno stato ebraico in cui i non ebrei non avranno gli stessi diritti degli ebrei.
La visione di Netanyahu: Noi dissolveremo tutti “gli stati civili” intorno a noi per consentire la creazione di regimi “turbantizzati” perché Israele non può presentarsi come uno stato civile per ragioni demografiche.
2012: I Fratelli Musulmani protettori di Israele
Mohammed Morsi è stato eletto presidente dell’Egitto il 30 giugno 2012. Poche settimane dopo ha avuto problemi con la bozza della Costituzione nella quale i Fratelli Musulmani avevano introdotto tutto ciò di cui necessitavano per rimanere al potere per sempre. Come risolvere questo problema?
Hamas (l’ala militare dei Fratelli Musulmani) ha cominciato ad attaccare Israele nel novembre 2012. Morsi si è fatto avanti fantasticamente e ha appoggiato il raggiungimento di un accordo tra Israele, Hamas e agli occhi dell’Occidente è diventato subito importante, perchè capace di difendere la sicurezza dello Stato ebraico.
Il 21 novembre 2012 Israele e Hamas hanno raggiunto un accordo di pace. Il giorno dopo, il 22 novembre (e quale sorpresa) Morsi ha diffuso una Dichiarazione Costituzionale, nominando un nuovo procuratore generale. Così nessuno avrebbe potuto impedire il varo della Costituzione dei Fratelli Musulmani, garantendo l’immunità all’Assemblea Costituente e al Consiglio della Shura. Subito dopo è stata presa d’assedio la Suprema corte costituzionale per evitare il dissolvimento di un’Assemblea Costituente illegale.
In quel momento, nessuno al mondo ha aperto la bocca per criticare Morsi, poiché difendeva Israele.
Difendete Israele e fate ciò che volete in Egitto. E’ un problema vostro.
Ma indovinate che cosa è successo? Il 30 giugno del 2013 ha avuto inizio un’esplosione popolare contro Morsi. All’epoca, io misi in guardia molte volte dal fatto che i paesi occidentali dovessero interferire in qualche modo in quella rivolta. Ma chi ascoltava? E se ascoltava, chi era in grado di capire?
2014: la pace abortita
Netanyahu e i suoi alleati speravano di siglare la pace con l’Autorità Palestinese (e non con Hamas) e speravano che i palestinesi avrebbero riconosciuto Israele come Stato ebraico. Speravano anche che sarebbe arrivato papa Francesco e che avrebbe benedetto quella pace sanguinosa. Ma ora l’Autorità Palestinese ha annunciato la fine delle divisioni con Hamas e che Hamas dovrà essere partner a tutti gli effetti nei negoziati. Questo passo ha compromesso l’intero processo di pace, perché Israele non prevedeva Gaza nell’accordo. Infatti Gaza era stata già esclusa durante l’anno di regime della Fratellanza Musulmana al Cairo, perché l’Egitto si preparava ad annetterla. Con Gaza Israele doveva costruire un tunnel o un’autostrada tra Gaza e Cisgiordania. Israele aveva detto che non dialogava con un’organizzazione terrorista. Infatti era nell’interesse di Israele che i terroristi fossero a Gaza perché in questo modo sarebbero stati esclusi da ogni accordo di pace.
2014: Hamas/Israele nuova battaglia
Qual è l’obiettivo di Israele in questa assurda guerra?
Dimostrare che Hamas è un’organizzazione terrorista che deve essere esclusa da ogni accordo di pace. In questo modo non solo diventa lecito uccidere i palestinesi, come si uccidono i cani, e nessuno è capace di criticare Israele per come sta agendo.
Creare un forte panico a Gaza per spingere i palestinesi ad attraversare i confini e andare in Egitto. Se non volete dare il benvenuto ai palestinesi con un gentlemen agreement, noi li manderemo da voi con la forza.
Qual è l’obiettivo di Hamas in questa assurda Guerra?
Mostrare che el Sisi non è in grado di garantire la sicurezza di Israele. I Fratelli Musulmani sono l’unico partito che può garantire questa sicurezza e per questo devono tornare al potere in Egitto.
Creare un grande caos nel Sinai per permettere ai palestinesi e agli islamisti di costruire il loro stato islamico. Il 14 luglio, El Arish è stato attaccato dagli islamisti. I Fratelli musulmani vogliono dimostrare a Israele che la sua difesa è debole e può essere messa a repentaglio in qualsiasi momento, cosa che potrebbe cambiare le condizioni di ogni eventuale accordo futuro.
In generale, noi stiamo assistendo a un grande caos. Un caos nel quale coloro che ne sono coinvolti non sapranno controllare le loro azioni e reazioni.
