After a controversial match San Francisco has a mayor

0
After a controversial match with bags of votes arrived after the dead line election of last June 5th and not released and first refused and then accepted and other serious problems that have seriously created suspicious about the full legal status of the mayoral elections of SF and after a daily bet  between the votes of former Senator Mark Leno and London Breed President of the SF Committee of Supervisors, after ten days of counts (for the primary federal elections only three hours were enough !!!), finally SF has a mayor: is the African American London Breed.
Leno,  few votes under Breed, has “publicly” granted to Breed to be the new mayor.
The media highlight that Breed is the first African-American mayor of SF and also that after forty years SF has again a woman as mayor. The first woman mayor of SF was the current senator Dianne Feinstein, super winner in the primary federal elections.
What are the priorities of Breed’s objectives? You choose the problem of homes and mental illness.
The forty-three-year-old Breed comes from a family who lived in a public house  in the fifth district of SF, and was raised by her grandmother, with a brother in prison and a sister who died by  an overdose.
SF is one of the most “sick” drug cities in the world.
The drug  ride  acts in poor areas of SF to recruit  and train criminals who then act in the richest areas.
Homeless people, wherever they are based in SF, are almost entirely part of that ride.
Now, for the homeless, a few thousand in SF, a city of medium proportions, City Hall has allocated such a dizzying amount of money that if it were distributed to each homelessness, one would make each of these people well off.
In the time when Breed was President of the Board of  Supervisors, about the problem of homeless people, it does not seem to have been resolved a lot.
One thing, that catches one’s eye is a very recent extra $ 600 million to help solve the problem of homelessness that is obviously a big business.
Breed is now the mayor of one of the cities that has the highest municipal budget in the world and this should facilitate as much as possible the appropriate actions to solve the serious problems of hygiene, drugs, crime and houses that the city undergoes.
Two other female candidates held their own in Breed during  these elections: Jane Kim and Angela Alioto, both lawyers, but from the very different back ground. Kim is the first Korean American part of the SF Board of Supervisors and Angela Alioto , of Italian-American origin,  is among the most appreciated politicians in the USA for her champagne against AIDS, for emigration, human and civil rights, racial and sexual discrimination, homelessness. Alioto has a deep experience on SF’s problems, having wanted to learn from the experience of her  father Joseph Alioto, one of the most beloved mayors of SF.
Alioto, author of SF- Assisi sister cities committee,  where San Francesco, patron of SF, was born and major promoter of the SF construction of a splendid replica of the Porziuncola, church where Saint Francis prayed, is president of the Knights of Saint Francis and `Universal Love that counts thousands of members all over the world. The politic, if seen with the inspiration of love, could really solve many problems.
