San Francisco. Una grande notizia per la difesa dei diritti umani ed in particolare per i diritti dei bambini e per lo stop totale della Mutilazione Genitale Femminile viene da San Francisco , città leader in questo campo. Il prossimo 17 di novembre alle ore due del pomeriggio, presso il War Memorial Veterans Building, dove settanta anni fa Eleanor Roosevelt firmò il manifesto dei diritti umani, Moushira Khattab sarà il principale speaker dell’evento mondiale sui diritti dei bambini e mutilazione genitale femminile organizzato da Mary Steiner, Presidente del San Fransisco chapter delle Nazioni Unite. La diplomatica egiziana Moushira Khattab è indicata da varie organizzazioni pacifiste e dei diritti umani come candidato al Nobel Prize per la Pace .
Il conte di Wardal, artista ed ambasciatore di Pace ha proposto Moushira Khattab per l’evento del 17 novembre e la sua proposta è stata accolta da un’ovazione. S. E. Khattab è la prima nel mondo ad aver fatto approvare la sua proposta di legge , in Egitto , contro la mutilazione genitale femminile e matrimonio tra minori . Negli USA le vittime della MGF sono circa 500000 e 23 paesi negli USA non hanno leggi per prevenire il matrimonio tra minori.
In paesi in via di sviluppo tali statistiche sono molto più pesanti. Altri ospiti dell ‘evento sono Keshet Bachan e Farid Younos. L ‘ azione per la pace ed in favore dei diritti umani di Khattab continua senza sosta. Il 12 dicembre Khattab, in qualità di capo della commissione per I diritti umani per la Spagna, sarà in Barcellona a difendere i diritti della donna profughe. Lo scorso 26 di ottobre Khattab ha posto la sua firma sul manifesto dell’Arte per i diritti umani creato dall’ artista internazionale Conte di Wardal, alla sua presentazione mondiale al Cairo. ´ Il Direttore alla vita ed il Direttore all Arte sono profondément connessi ´ ha detto Wardal . Il manifesto ha uno speciale articolo dove si menziona il diritto ad amare , prima volta nel mondo, giacché l’amore è la fonte prima dell’arte.

Moushira Khattab will be the main speaker of the worldwide event on children’s rights ,female genital mutilation and child marriage , organized by Mary Steiner, President of the United Nations San Fransisco chapter.
H.E. Moushira Khattab is indicated by various peace organizations and human rights as a candidate for the Nobel Prize for Peace. The Count of Wardal, artist and ambassador of Pace , proposed S.E. Moushira Khattab for the November 17th UN SF event and his proposal was met by an ovation.
H.E. Khattab is the first in the world for having approved her law in Egypt against female genital mutilation and child marriage. In the USA, the victims of FGM are about 500,000 and 23 countries in the US have no laws to prevent marriage between minors. In developing countries, these statistics are much heavier. Other distinguished guests of the event are Keshet Bachan and Farid Younos. The action for peace and in favor of the human rights of H.E. Khattab continues unabated. On 12 December, Khattab, as head of the Human Rights Commission for Spain, will be in Barcelona to defend the rights of the refugee women .
Last October 26, Khattab placed his signature on the Human Rights Art manifesto created by the international artist Wardal, at its world presentation in Cairo. ´ Right to life, right to art are deeply connected ‘ Wardal sais. The manifesto has a special article which mentions the right to love, the first time in the world, since love is the primary source of art.
