Il bersaglio del nuovo terrore islamico è la Gran Bretagna. Più degli Stati Uniti, più della Francia, senz’altro più dell’Italia. Nel regno di sua Maestà Britannica, una volta vastissimo impero dove il sole non tramontava mai, il grado di allerta in queste ore è salito da “substantial” a “severe”. E il premier David Cameron, nel darne l’annuncio al Parlamento, è apparso provato e preoccupato. È ripugnante, ha detto, che cittadini del nostro paese abbiano dichiarato fedeltà a un gruppo come l’Isis, lo Stato islamico di Iraq e Siria. Che lo abbiano fatto giovani, come John, il boia di James Foley, il reporter americano che si presume sia stato decapitato dai jihadisti in Iraq. Giovani, belli e istruiti, figli di immigrati, bene accolti e integrati (o forse no). Mele geneticamente modificate, frutto di un welfare utopico a sua volta nato da una meravigliosa idea socialista, mal declinata, fredda e distante. Giovani spietati e carichi di odio. Giovani nati in terra britannica. Cinquecento è il numero. Così ha detto Cameron, annunciando un giro di vite senza precedenti, che sta già suscitando polemiche, e nuove leggi a tutela della sicurezza nazionale. Un brutto passo indietro per la democrazia, per il garantismo e per le libertà. Ma un passo necessario.
“Aderire ai valori britannici – ha sottolineato il premier – non è un’opzione o una scelta. È un dovere per tutti coloro che vivono in queste isole. Quei valori, che sono i nostri valori, noi li difenderemo e alla fine sconfiggeremo quest’estremismo e garantiremo il nostro modo di vivere alle generazioni che verranno”.
“Inspire”, la voce della Jihad
Ma che cosa è successo? In che cosa abbiamo sbagliato? Che cosa non ha funzionato? Perché questi giovani nati in terra britannica, o americana, o francese, o italiana, occidentale in generale, belli e istruiti, odiano così tanto il luogo dove hanno visto la luce? Il paese che ha assicurato loro una casa, una scuola, la possibilità di mettersi in gioco a tal punto da scegliere, a tal punto da poter essere liberi di scegliere… e di tradire e rinnegare. Colpiremo senza pietà. Lo hanno annunciato da aprile sulla loro rivista online “Inspire”. Viene da piangere, giuro, a leggere le loro parole. Trasudano fallimento, il nostro. Abbiamo fallito nel ritenere che avremmo potuto accogliere i loro padri e costruire un futuro per i loro figli e i figli dei loro figli, senza far nulla per integrare quei bambini, per farli sentire fratelli veri dei nostri figli, compagni di giochi e futuri amici. Ci siamo nutriti di retorica. E vi assicuro, piangerete, a leggere le loro parole grondanti di sangue. E vi assicuro vi sentirete dei falliti. E vi pentirete di aver negate a quei bambini i vostri sorrisi, paghi e stizziti per aver assicurato loro la possibilità di sopravvivere e di frequentare una scuola e di avere una casa.
I limiti del welfare
La Gran Bretagna accoglie tutti, più di altri paesi. Ma non a braccia aperte. Concede, ma pretende, pretende, pretende e chi non dà nulla in cambio viene ghettizzato. Il prezzo da pagare per l’accoglienza, il nido, la scuola, la casa, la tv, il cellulare. Avrai tutto. Tutte le possibilità. Ma è come un patto con il diavolo. Poi dovrai restituire. Così la divisione tra le classi resta tendenzialmente netta e tende a perpetrarsi. L’equilibro sociale è salvo, ma con qualche straordinaria eccezione. E le eccezioni sono che o diventi un tycoon o diventi un terrorista, che aspira solo alla vendetta e che odia, odia, odia il sistema. Per il resto, per la maggioranza le aspettative di vita restano circoscritte al degrado del proprio quartiere con tutto il povero possibile sostegno del welfare. Le periferie inglesi possono essere peggio del deserto musulmano e non c’è nessun imam o prete o rabbino a raccoglierti, sei solo tu e la tua roba, tu e il fumo, tu e l’alcol, tu e tutte le violenze che hai subito o subirai o perpetrerai su qualche altro essere indifeso come te. Bombe sociali quelle banlieu. Bombe come “Inspire”. “Inspire” spiega come costruire una bomba. “Inspire” travisa l’Islam, lo strumentalizza. “Inspire” indottrina, racconta. Conferma che gli obiettivi da colpire sono America, Regno Unito, Francia e altri paesi crociati. E invita a farlo in precise occasione, come eventi sportivi ai quali partecipano migliaia di persone, festival, campagne elettorali. “La cosa importante è che il vostro bersaglio – rammenta – sia la gente non gli edifici”. Che fare davvero? Un nemico così è difficile da fronteggiare.Un nemico così potevamo non averlo. Ma ecco i target che la testat jihadista suggerisce:
SPECIFIC STATES AND CITIES IN THE UNITED STATES:• Washington DC and New York:

It has a big military presence, almost all the military bases are based in this
state, apart from the Air Force which is based in Chicago. There are federal
agencies in Northern Virginia, including the headquarters of the Department
of Defense and CIA; and military facilities in Hampton Roads, the site of the
region’s main seaport. Virginia in general attracts a load of tourists.
• Chicago:
It is in the mid of the US, hence it is a major transportation hub. It is an important
component in global distribution, as it is the third largest inter-modal
port in the world. It is also an important worldwide center of commerce. The
city has the second largest financial center in the United States. Among itsmost important financial structures: 1. Sears Tower, a 108-story skyscraper, it held the titletallest building in the world for about 25 years. 2. The Chicago Board of Trade Building.
• Los Angeles:
The most populous city in the state of California, and the second most
populous in the United States. It is also the largest manufacturing center in
the western United States. It is also the home base of Hollywood

GENERAL TARGETS
America is our first target, followed by United Kingdom, France and other
crusader countries.
As for the field target for the car-bomb, you have places flooded with individuals,
e.g. sports events in which tens of thousands attend, election campaigns,
festivals and other gathering. The important thing is that you target
people and not buildings.
SPECIFIC TARGETS:
Areas and Restaurants with high profile personalities – Usually these people
visit the restaurants during the weekend:
• Arlington
• Alexandria
• Restaurants and Bars in the M street, Washington.
• Tennis stadiums; they are visited by thousands of people, and high profile
people, especially the US Open.
SPECIFIC TIMES:
• During the election seasons, both presidential and Congress.
• During Christmas and New Year’s Eve, 25th and 31st December.
SPECIFIC TARGETS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM:
There are many times and places to be targeted.
• You have the soccer (football) stadiums especially during Premier League
and FA Cup matches. They have worldwide life media coverage. The best
time is after the final whistle, when huge crowds leave the stadium and
celebrate around the entrances.
• In the beginning of summer, we have Cheltenham, and the end of
summer we have Epsom, whereby horse races are attended by thousands
from around the kingdom including the Queen.
• There are also Tennis tournaments.
• It is worth to mention a more specific target, Savoy Hotel located on the
Strand in central London. At about 10 pm GMT, businessmen and high
profile targets leave the hotel. This is a perfect place and time to detonate
your car bomb.
SPECIFIC TARGETS IN FRANCE:
• With over 82 million foreign tourists per annum, France is ranked as the
first tourist destination in the world, beaches and seaside resorts, ski
resorts, and rural regions that many enjoy for their beauty and tranquility
(green tourism).
• The Transport express régional (TER)’s stations. Rush hours will always do.
• The Dordogne valley, during sum mmers. Hit two birds with one stone; both
the English and the French.
• The Coupe de la Ligue; only open to professional clubs. Expect huge
crowds of supporters outside the entrances.
• The Bastille Day Military Parade: the morning of 14th July each year in
Paris.
• During special exhibition in the Musée du Louvre: the most visited art
museum in the world and a historic monument.
• The French Riviera.
