Sisi back to the States
On the 10th of August 2013, (General) Al Sisi told Larry Weissman that the people of Egypt are aware of the fact that the USA has stabbed Egypt in the back with the Muslim Brotherhood and Morsi. It is nothing that Egypt will easily forget, or forgive”.
On the 4th of August 2014, Sisi did not attend the United States–Africa Leaders Summit most probably becauseEgypt had not been invited from the beginning and suddenly the Americans decided to invite this “black sheep”.
In 2006, Al Sisi attended a War Course at the US Army War College and now he is back as president of Egypt and lot of things changed since those days..
Obama/Sisi meeting
An Egyptian presidency source announced that the US Department of State invited Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi to meet with U.S. President Barack Obama. The source said that the presidents’ meeting is expected to be held on Thursday. He added that Sisi agreed to the meeting to “present Egypt’s stance toward terrorism.”
Sisi would stress on the importance of combating terrorism in general and not only Islamic State fighters in Iraq, the source said.
Strategic but…
The Egyptian presidential spokesman said that the relationship with Washington is strategic and it allows differing points.
Sisi met Mr. and Mrs. Clinton
El Sisi met Mr. and Mrs. Clinton and said that the Egyptians are angry with US and they feel that the events inIraq, Syria and Libya are a conspiracy. 30th of June had been the expression of an intensive popular awareness. The White House must act with transparency. He stressed on the importance of the civil society as well as the Sate specially during instability situations.
Mrs. Clinton told him: We advised the Brotherhood as you did and we pressed them but they were not attuned (aware) to the situation.
Sisi met Kissinger, Madeleine Albright and Brent Scowcroft
After the meeting Kissinger said that he is convinced that Egypt will find its way to achieve its goals. He added that he did not give advices to the president El Sisi about things he is more aware about. He also stressed on the important role of Egypt in the Middle East and also expressed that he hopes the increase of the cooperation between Egypt and the United States as it had been with the late President Anwar Sadat.
The New Egypt
“The New Egypt” advertisement had been spread in New York streets calling for development, investment and tourism in Egypt and stressing that Egypt is a peaceful country. “The new Egypt” advertisement could be watched on major buildings in New York especially in Manhattan, within the Times Square and specifically on “Nasdaq” building where a video ad is animated with the flag of Egypt, the pyramids and few sentences confirming the future of the new Egypt. Sisi torna negli Usa
Il 10 agosto 2013, Al Sisi ha detto a Larry Weissman che il popolo egiziano era consapevole del fatto che gli Stati Uniti avevano pugnalato alle spalle l’Egitto con i Fratelli Musulmani e Morsi . E’ una cosa che l’Egitto non dimenticherà o perdonerà facilmente.
Il 4 agosto 2014, Sisi non ha partecipato al vertice dei leader Stati Uniti – Africa, molto probabilmente
perché l’Egitto non era stato invitato fin dall’inizio. Poi, invece, poi improvvisamente gli americani hanno deciso di invitare questa “pecora nera”.
Nel 2006 , Al Sisi ha frequentato un corso di guerra all’Army War College degli Stati Uniti e ora è tornato nel paese da presidente. Da allora molte cose sono cambiate da quei giorni.

Una fonte della presidenza egiziana ha annunciato che il Dipartimento di Stato americano ha invitato il presidente egiziano Abdel Fattah al- Sisi a incontrare il presidente americano Barack Obama. La fonte ha detto che la riunione dei presidenti è prevista per giovedì. Ha aggiunto che Sisi ha concordato alla riunione una posizione “presente dell’Egitto verso il terrorismo”.
Sisi vorrebbe sottolineare l’importanza della lotta al terrorismo in generale e non solo ai combattenti dello Stato Islamico in Iraq , ha detto la fonte-

Sisi ha incontrato i Clinton
El Sisi ha incontrato il signor e la signora Clinton e ha detto che gli egiziani sono arrabbiati con gli Stati Uniti e ritengono che gli eventi in Iraq , Siria e Libia sono una cospirazione . Il 30 giugno è stata l’espressione di una consapevolezza popolare intensiva . La Casa Bianca deve agire con trasparenza . Egli ha sottolineato l’importanza della società civile, così come il Sate, specialmente durante le situazioni di instabilità .
La signora Clinton gli ha detto: “abbiamo avvertito la Fratellanza come avete fatto e li abbiamo pressati, ma non erano in sintonia con la situazione.
Sisi ha incontrato Kissinger, Madeleine Albright e Brent Scowcroft
Dopo l’incontro Kissinger ha detto che lui è convinto che l’Egitto troverà la sua strada per raggiungere i suoi obiettivi . Ha aggiunto che non ha dato consigli al presidente El Sisi, perchè lui ne sa di più. Kissinger ha anche sottoilineato il ruolo importante dell’Egitto in Medio Oriente e ha espresso che spera nell’aumento della cooperazione tra l’Egitto e gli Stati Uniti come lo era stato con il defunto presidente Anwar Sadat.

La pubblicità “Il nuovo Egitto” è stata diffusa nelle strade di New York per attirare nel paese investimenti e turismo e spiegare che l’Egitto è un paese pacifico. La pubblicità “Il nuovo Egitto” è visibile sui grandi palazzi di New York, in particolare a Manhattan, all’interno del Times Square e sull’edificio di “Nasdaq”, dove un annuncio video è animato con la bandiera d’Egitto, le piramidi e alcune frasi sul futuro del nuovo Egitto. È anche possibile guardare questo annuncio sugli autobus di New York .
